- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Certain items, such as custom orders or clearance products, may be non-returnable. Please contact Sanital for clarification.

- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via E-Transfer. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Defective or Damaged Items
